You’re invited to participate in the Kirkpatrick Heights / Greenwood Community Builders Workshop, an interactive, hands-on learning experience designed to help community members better understand the planning and development process.

As a part of Greenwood Legacy Corporation’s commitment to community engagement, this development basics workshop is brought to you in partnership with ULI Oklahoma UrbanPlan and sponsored by Tulsa Development Authority and Partner Tulsa.  This team-based workshop gives participants the opportunity to explore real-world planning and development challenges and better understand how meaningful projects can be brought to life in Kirkpatrick Heights and Greenwood. No planning or development experience is needed.

Participants will:

• Learn key planning and development concepts.

• Collaborate with others through a team-based exercise.

• Apply what they learn to community-development opportunities and considerations.
