Mr. Harris was born and raised in Tulsa and is a resident within the Kirkpatrick Heights-Greenwood Master Plan boundaries. Mr. Harris retired after working for ONEOK/ONE Gas for over 42 years. He has served on numerous boards and authorities and represented the University Park Homeowners Association as a member of the Community Governance Working Group. Mr. Harris brings his skills in nonprofit leadership and employee development to the committee.
Mr. Moore has lived in Tulsa since 2016 and lives within the Kirkpatrick Heights-Greenwood Master Plan boundaries. Mr. Moore is a company founder, registered architect, and community builder. He has experience as a HUD grant technical writer, architect, and Community Development Corporation, and most recently participated as a lead planning team member for the Envision Comanche CHOICE Grant with the Housing Authority of the City of Tulsa. Mr. Moore has received numerous planning awards and participated in community visioning for numerous projects and collaborations that support the sustainability of people and places.
Mr. Roby has lived in Tulsa for more than twenty years and brings twenty-five years of banking experience to his current role as Senior Vice President at Grand Bank. He has founded, served on, and chaired multiple boards across the Tulsa community. He serves as a Director and member of the Executive Committee for Family & Children’s Services (FCS) and chairs FCS’s Real Estate Asset Committee. He is also a past chair and current member of Tulsa Public Schools’ Bond Development and Oversight Committees. His prior leadership includes service as a Director and Construction Committee member for Iron Gate, President of the Oklahoma Aquarium Foundation, and Founder and Chairperson of Tulsa’s Young Professionals.
Beyond his banking tenure, Mr. Roby has extensive experience in management, business development, real estate, financial and credit risk analysis, and community engagement. He and his family have been proud residents of North Tulsa for more than fifteen years.
Dr. Turner-Addison was born and has lived in Tulsa all her life. She owns and operates a business, Pine Premiere Childcare, located within the Kirkpatrick Heights-Greenwood Master Plan boundaries. She served as a Co-Chairperson of the Master Plan Leadership Committee and as a member of the Community Governance Working Group. She currently serves as a member of the Planning Commission and previously served as the Human Rights Director for the City of Tulsa. She is also a former member of the Tulsa Public Schools Board and is a founding member of the North Tulsa Economic Development Initiative.
Ms. Daquet Wilson is a lifelong resident of North Tulsa, having lived within the boundaries of the Kirkpatrick Heights-Greenwood Master Plan her entire life. She is a proud descendant of survivors of the 1921 Greenwood Massacre, a legacy that deeply informs her commitment to justice, healing, and community empowerment.
Ms. Wilson currently serves as the Community Wellness Director at Northside Neighbors LLC, where she leads initiatives aimed at improving health outcomes in the Walt Whitman and Hawthorne neighborhoods. She represented the Kirkpatrick Heights-Greenwood community as a member of the Community Governance Working Group and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Ms. Wilson brings a deep passion for community along with extensive professional experience in community development, engagement, and nonprofit leadership to the board.
On December 3, 2025, the board of directors announced John E. Hall as Executive Director for the Greenwood Legacy Corporation.
Previously, Hall was a senior executive in the federal government and served as the national director for Job Corps. He built coalitions to ensure young adults had access to good jobs. Simultaneously, he implemented cost savings measures to balance the program’s budget and addressed chronic program deficiencies in accordance with the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act.
Poverty alleviation has been John’s life’s work. As such, he has been on all sides of the real estate transaction. Serving as a banking officer for Bank of America’s Real Estate Banking Group in Dallas, Texas, provided Hall’s entree to market rate multifamily housing developments. He leveraged that knowledge overseeing community housing development organizations in both Dallas and Lubbock, Texas, where he was a project manager for an award-winning master development plan. Executing the plan led to implementation of public policy resulting in 33-acres of land acquisition and development for single family homeownership, 50-units of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Section 202 Elderly Housing and a commercial shopping center. His accomplishments with this CDC included single-family housing development, housing counseling and economic development.
Hall has vast experience working with local communities. Hall has additional experience as Director of Non-Profit Development for the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone in New York, New York in addition to Director for the Government of the District of Columbia’s Department of Housing and Community Development and housing authorities in Viriginia, Indiana and Kansas. John has been an effective change agent in addressing housing affordability and availability by leading organizational reform and implementing affordable housing preservation and healthy home initiatives.
John’s local government experience has been augmented with federal service. He has been employed with The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as Field Office Director for the District of Columbia Field Office and later the Richmond Field Office as well as Deputy Director for the Office of Housing’s Multifamily Office of Asset Management and Portfolio Oversight. In this capacity, Hall is accustomed to serving as the senior leadership official responsible for establishing management priorities and overseeing more than 33,000 properties nationally.
His educational training knows no state boundary as well. Having received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, he later received a Master of Public Administration from The Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, a college within Syracuse University.
Hall brings a wealth of knowledge of implementation strategies of public policies combined with practical experience in both the public and private sectors. His professional experience in identifying and assessing needs, setting priorities, and achieving missions for organizations is unparalleled.
